A brief description of the garden:
Through the Office of Sustainability, the college has an organic demonstration garden where students can volunteer. They are welcome to take home any vegetables and herbs harvested. Additionally, the Office of Sustainability manages the greenhouse which allows the organic gardening efforts to continue through the winter months. A local community garden uses the greenhouse to seed their plants in the early spring, and they allow students to volunteer in the greenhouse as well as at the garden.
