EAO offers voluntary, short term (up to 6 sessions), no cost, behavioral health counseling and consultation services to benefits eligible faculty staff and their dependents.
counseling provided:
direct behavioral health counseling services for personal and/or professional concerns
workplace consultations (discussions with supervisors, managers, deans, colleagues about addressing difficult behavior, group interventions, workplace dynamics and/or possible referrals for support)
Referrals provided (to meet employees ongoing needs for mental health, legal support, treatment centers, peer support, psychiatric care etc.. through insurance and/or community organizations)
Training/education/awareness sessions offered to groups/departments
