Please note that assured reports are still subject to review by AASHE staff prior to publication, which may require additional revisions. AASHE reserves the right to withhold points for this credit if it is determined that the assurance process was clearly unsuccessful in identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors (e.g., when AASHE staff identify a significant number of issues that were either not mentioned in the completed review template or not resolved successfully).

Additional external review was provided by several University of California, Los Angeles employees.

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
As a preliminary step, all reported data was reviewed by a student worker in the University Sustainability Practices office using the Review Template. Students also checked spelling, grammar, and hyperlinks. Because these students supported some parts of the data collection, this is not considered a true independent review but rather quality control.

The report was then shared with two peer institutions, the University of Arizona and the University of California, Los Angeles. Both institutions provided feedback. The University of Arizona completed a full external review and the University of California, Los Angeles provided feedback on several credits.
