Students:
ASU Counseling Services offers confidential time-limited professional counseling and crisis services for students experiencing emotional concerns, problems in adjusting, and other factors that affect their ability to achieve their academic and personal goals. ASU Counseling Services are for any Sun Devil, regardless of your race, gender, sexual orientation, age, student status, religion, ability, size, financial situation, the issue you're dealing with or whether you've had counseling before. Something as simple as talking to someone can help you feel better, improve your grades and manage stress.
Live Well @ ASU empowers the Sun Devil community to achieve a healthy lifestyle through four foundational elements: Live, Feel, Learn and Engage. Each element helps you build your best you by contributing to your physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. The information, resources and involvement opportunities found in each element are designed to positively impact your academic performance, personal well-being and assist you in reaching your full potential.
Employees (faculty & staff):
EAO offers voluntary, short term (up to 6 sessions), no-cost, behavioral health counseling and consultation services to benefit-eligible faculty, staff and their dependents.
Counseling provided:
Direct behavioral health counseling services for personal and/or professional concerns
Workplace consultations (discussions with supervisors, managers, deans, colleagues about addressing difficult behavior, group interventions, workplace dynamics and/or possible referrals for support)
Referrals provided (to meet employees ongoing needs for mental health, legal support, treatment centers, peer support, psychiatric care, etc.. through insurance and/or community organizations)
Training/education/awareness sessions offered to groups/departments
Same Day/crisis support
Psychiatric medication assessments
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS SERVICES: engages individuals in preventative health care practices in the workplace.

Health Incentive Program
Benefits-eligible State of Arizona employees, including university faculty and staff, can earn a monetary incentive by participating in the Health Impact Program - HIP, an incentive-based employee wellness program that begins again in January 2016. To successfully complete the program, employees must report their participation in a variety of preventive health activities, screenings and educational opportunities. HIP encourages prevention as the first line of defense against chronic disease. It also helps individuals manage pre-existing conditions and enjoy greater total health and wellbeing.
Certified Healthy Departments
ASU Employee Wellness distinguishes departments committed to supporting employee well-being as a certified healthy department. We encourage the ASU community to take an active role in creating a healthy workplace for all employees. More information: https://cfo.asu.edu/wellness
Employees may also purchase memberships to the Sun Devil Fitness Centers for much lower rates than the general public. More information: https://fitness.asu.edu/memberships
