Inventory of the institution’s sustainability research:

A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
Research inventory methodology:
1) ASU's Office of Institutional Analysis provided a list of all tenured and tenure-track faculty along with their department for the period of April 2020 to January 2023.
2) Each faculty member's work was reviewed to identify a sustainability research or scholarship piece during the time period.
Notes:
- Faculty that were provided by Office of Institutional Analysis but who had appeared to move to another institution during the sample time frame were retained in the inventory.
- Faculty that had retired during the sample were retained in the inventory (generally, they were inventoried as not publishing sustainability research).
- Faculty that were deceased during the sample were excluded from the inventory.
Tools for identifying faculty research:
A) Google Scholar
B) Experts.ASU.edu
C) Faculty personal websites
D) Faculty profiles in ASU's directory
