A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
The Bentley Brave program was created to provide Bentley community members an opportunity to have difficult conversations about difference. We intend to have conversations about race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ability, socio-economic status and many other topics. This program was inspired by Mellody Hobsons' TED talk entited "Color Blind or Color Brave" and the general wish of campus members to have a safe place to discuss these issues.
