Annually Binghamton University's staff is given a day off to perform community services around 9/11 anniversary. This "Day of Caring" program is coordinated by the Broome County United Way. Our staff has contributed in performing maintenance, repairs of many facilities housing non-for-profit organizations such as Discovery Center, Boys and Girls Club, Community House, etc. Many more examples can be found here:
