The lowest pay grade of employee on our campus is an SG-5 in the Classified Service- $31,401 Fringe Rate: 63.72% = total compensation of $51,410. Hourly rate would be $24.72.

Relative to the following question: Percentage of employees of on-site contractors known to receive a living wage or be covered by collective bargaining agreements (i.e., union contracts) For Sodexo - 330 of 344 full time hourly employees are covered by a collective bargaining unit (96%). The rest of our employees are either management- 26 or student employees with number anywhere from 300 to 350.
