A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
We don't have a policy or guideline per se (such as an idling limit). It isn't exactly policy, but we have gradually moved parking to the perimeter of campus to try discouraging students from driving to class. Also, we have installed three electric vehicle charging stations. For stationary sources such as emergency generators and our co-generation plant, air emissions are closely monitored and reported semi-annually to PA DEP.
