Part 1

Does the institution have policies and/or guidelines in place to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources on campus?:
No

None
A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
We don't have a policy or guideline per se (such as an idling limit). It isn't exactly policy, but we have gradually moved parking to the perimeter of campus to try discouraging students from driving to class. Also, we have installed three electric vehicle charging stations. For stationary sources such as emergency generators and our co-generation plant, air emissions are closely monitored and reported semi-annually to PA DEP.

Part 2

Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary campus sources or else verified that no such emissions are produced?:
Yes

Weight of the following categories of air emissions from stationary sources::
Weight of Emissions
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) 22.92 Tons
Sulfur oxides (SOx) 0.71 Tons
Carbon monoxide (CO) 1.89 Tons
Particulate matter (PM) 0.73 Tons
Ozone (O3) 0 Tons
Lead (Pb) 0 Tons
Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) 0.65 Tons
Ozone-depleting compounds (ODCs) 0.09 Tons
Other standard categories of air emissions identified in permits and/or regulations 31,915 Tons

None
A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Stack testing, mfr data, & AP-42 emissions factors.
