All major projects are LEED certified. This information covers July 2007 to June 2018. Data is from the Hildreth-Mirza Hall project which renovated a 14,000 GSF building and built a 7,000 SF addition and from Academic East which is a new 78,900 academic bldg. The Hildreth-Mirza Hall project received a LEED Silver (BD+C) rating. The Academic East project is still in construction, but is projected to get LEED Gold. Data from other projects is not readily available.
