A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
All staff attend new employee orientation by University HR, faculty hold their own orientation. In every new employee orientation facilitated by HR, the speaker introduces various topic relevant to the University including sustainability. The presentation was developed by the Assistant Direct of the CUES and covers the definition of sustainability, Butler's Sustainability and Climate Action Plan, STARS report, and Carbon Commitment, recycling, and the Green Office program.
