Construction and demolition includes waste reported for completed/In progress construction projects, as well as 50% of state roll-off landfill tonnage (remaining 50% allocated to garbage from public bins). The reason for the 50% allocation covers waste generated from minor construction and demolition projects that are happening on campus where roll offs are not sited specifically for that one project.
