The Fullerton Arboretum is a 26-acre botanical garden with a collection of plants from around the world, located on the northeast corner of the California State University, Fullerton campus. As of December 2020, the Fullerton Arboretum became a fully integrated department within the self-support division of Extension and International Programs at CSUF.
Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary is adjacent the Cleveland National Forest which contains Coastal Sage Scrub habitat, and California Gnatcatchers.

Around the CSUF main campus, Bluebird boxes were located. Future plans to install Bat Houses and more bird boxes for other varieties of birds. Bee boxes installed throughout campus.
The Fullerton Arboretum emulates natural habitats including: woodlands, ponds, chaparral, desert, meadow, orchard, and a farm. There's also a variety of cacti, flowers, and trees.
The four habitats at the Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary are Oak Woodland, Riparian, coastal sage scrub and chaparral.

The mission of Fullerton Arboretum is to support the academic mission of CSUF with a world class living and historical collection and to provide learning opportunities for every stage of life, extending our resources into the local community and around the globe to foster an appreciation for plant conservation, botanical research and horticulture.
The Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary will continue to provide equitable access and inspire all to protect the natural world by serving as our community’s leader in ecological responsibility, sustainable practices and environmental education. The Nature Center provides quality education through hands-on experience with nature. The ENC offers numerous educational programs based on natural science and sustainability.
