Multi-disciplinary Sustainability Project Showcase

For seven years, the university has hosted the Student Sustainability Project Showcase. This annual event displays projects created by hundreds of students from disciplines all across the university including:

The projects are evaluated by a team of judges that include university staff, faculty, and students as well as members of the community. We believe this is an innovative practice because the showcase exhibits all types of projects from any and all disciplines, allowing participants and audience members to understand the ways in which sustainability is relevant to all fields and touches issues of the environment as well as economic, social and cultural issues.
