A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability information is incorporated in a specific 15 minute time period during a day long training offered to all new staff. Presentation includes overview of goals and a discussion of actions new employees can take. Participants write a commitment and then are sent a postcard with their commitment via inter-campus mail following the session.
