Construction contracts require 90% recycling of construction waste. Metal, concrete, wood, clean sheetrock, and asphalt are all recycled. The bulk of our demolition has been completed. Recent projects were mostly minor renovations and refreshes(carpet, paint, furniture). Our sources for recycling are still limited post pandemic. Leaving no options other than landfill.
