Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Injury data is taken from the MIOSHA injury log maintained by Environmental Health and Safety. Injury totals encompass all employees including student employees and part time employees. The FTE total does not include student and part time employees. The performance year data is based on the 2015 MIOSHA Log 300. The baseline year data is taken from the 2009 MIOSHA Log 300. Since the MIOSHA log includes all employees, including student employees and part time employees the number of employees was changed to reflect the total number of employees that contribute to the injury totals reported to MIOSHA.
