Bon Appetit and Carleton College have collaborated in the Food Recovery Program for 5 years. We have students recovering from both dining halls and our retail operation.

The Food Recovery Program is very successful here at Carleton. We currently have 8 community partners, and hundreds volunteers to recover 6 days a week. We recover over a ton of food from our dining halls each term.
