A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Vegetarian options are available at every meal session, at every site. Carnegie Mellon is currently not offering a complete protein vegan breakfast option.
There are many vegan and vegetarians choices for students around campus. Evegfstos in the University Center offers strictly vegan and vegetarian Mediterranean inspired dishes. Most of other dining locations also offer vegan and vegetarian options. Student Health Services also provides many resources for students who follow a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.
