A brief description of the plan:
Carnegie Mellon University campus is primarily a walking campus, however we are working with Bike Pittsburgh on becoming a Bike Friendly Employer and Bike Friendly University. We hold an annual Bike to Work Breakfast and have held a Bike Commuting 101 course on campus. We have Bike Pittsburgh's Bicycle Road Map and Bike Comuting 101 handouts available in our University Center. The university has several bike racks on campus, some covered or inside, a Bicycle/Wheeled Transportation Policy, and the CMU Cycling Club promotes cycling and manages a bike repair shop that is available to members and all bikers on campus.
The Cycling Club's website is http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/cycling/
