A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Carnegie Mellon University conducted an institution-wide performance management process survey to evaluate employee performance in 2007. The survey was administered with the assistance of Carnegie Mellon’s Institutional Research and Analysis (IR&A). The information about the survey was shared with all of the Deans and VP’s and several presentations where made to various size groups.
