The university provides the LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program to all faculty/staff and their families that provides information and services surrounding work-life balance. The program is free to employees and their families. Health Services also have several Health and Wellnes Programs available to the entire campus community. http://www.cmu.edu/health-services/index.html
