A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
With respect to professional development opportunities, the Learning & Development Office of Human Resources was formed to provide an in-house training function. In addition to promoting sustainability training efforts offered by other departments of the University, the office has provided: • professional training seminars for faculty and staff members at no cost • leadership and professional/career development training • customized training programs for departments and groups • organizational development consulting and assistance • eLearning opportunities
