A brief description of the certificate program(s):
1. The Advanced Leadership Initiative (TALI) was launched in 2018 to ensure African-Americans gain leadership roles on executive teams of the Pittsburgh region's corporations and nonprofit organizations. The Executive Leadership Academy is TALI's signature program and part of an ongoing effort to build a pipeline of African American leaders who are prepared to contribute to their organizations and communities at the highest level. The eight-module advanced development program is designed to provide the tools, exposure and training necessary to increase the visibility and success of high-performing African-Americans so that they can contribute to their organizations — and their community — at the highest levels.
2. CMU's Software Engineering Institute offers 3 insider threat training and certificate programs will educate professionals on how to help organizations identify and manage their insider threat risks, and how to measure their preparedness to defend against them.
