Employees have access to a state employee assistance program that provides free counseling and consultation, free legal consultation and financial counseling services, as well as a comprehensive work-life website that includes resources, articles, webinars and e-learnings, financial calculators, legal documents, self-search provider databases for eldercare, childcare, and more. https://des.wa.gov/services/hr-finance-lean/employee-assistance-program-eap Students have access to free counseling at the UWB Counseling Center as well as support from Disability Support Services, Veteran's Center and the Cascadia College CARE team. http://www.cascadia.edu/advising/counseling.aspx
