Yes

A brief description of the incentive program(s):
Off contract days funding available for staff to create immersive experience New Mexico spring break trip focused on sustainability. Also academic staff receive professional development funding to attend National Communication Association Conference focusing on Environmental Communication Division. Energy Technology faculty/staff attends National and Local Renewable Energy training and conferences. Funding for faculty and staff to present and attend AASHE and Second Nature Climate Summit national conferences.

A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:
Energy Technology faculty became certified to train students in wind tower climbing safety and rescue, resulting in new climbing and safety course. Also faculty attended renewable energy training to become North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) training. Sustainability staff professional development in electric vehicles course.
