Within those 6 divisions there are 50 total programs/majors offered.
18 of those programs/majors require students to take a course that falls within the sustainability course inventory - however, ALL on-campus undergraduate students are required to take Core courses, including Core 120: Concepts of Community, which is classified as a "course offered that includes sustainability". 18 Departments are then used for "Number of academic departments (or the equivalent) that offer at least one sustainability course and/or course that includes sustainability (at any level)" to include the Core classes + Major required courses.
