A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Every 2-3 years we participate in the Modern Think survey - which all full time employees are invited to fill out. http://www.modernthink.com/web/higher-education-expertise/

For the 2022 survey there was a 76% response rate.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Champlain College launched another Modern Think survey in spring 2022, as it had not been done since 2018. Currently the College is working on our 2030 Strategic Goals (https://revolutionary.champlain.edu/strategic-goals - Goal #4: Champion Employee Excellence) and will be incorporating additional goals based on what the results of the Modern Think survey are. We will receive the data back in mid to late summer 2022 and plan to start working with College partners to identify opportunities and areas of focus.
