A brief description of when and why the GHG emissions baseline was adopted:
Baseline year selected because its neither our highest or lowest emission year. It falls in the middle as far as timeline we started tracking emissions in 2005. In 2014 we see a spike in emissions after a downward trajectory in previous 3 years leading up to 2014.
