The minimum salary for the lowest level position pays $15.61 per hour. All employees are offered comprehensive health and welfare benefits and a pension plan with total compensation depending on full- or part-time status. For the lowest level position FT employee, total compensation represent 51% of their salary. For part-timers, benefits represent 11% of their total compensation.
