Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
We have a policy that all electronics purchasing is centralized. However, some people avoid this policy and it is difficult to track or enforce that once it happens. These numbers represent all purchases that have gone through our IT department and all the purchases that we are aware of. There is likely a small percentage of non EPEAT Gold purchasing going on in certain departments.
