A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The Sustainability Faculty Fellows program was initiated in FY23. Six faculty from across campus were selected through an application process to work together to increase the sustainability competencies included in their own classes and work as peer mentors and workshop leaders to being these skills to other faculty in their respective schools.

The Fellows receive a modest financial incentive to participate and receive professional development opportunities
