Using extensive knowledge of sustainability and representing unique disciplines, backgrounds and professions, four Faculty Fellows employed by the College help support faculty enrichment and the Quality Enhancement Plan.

Faculty Fellows are charged with organizing two workshops each semester for an average of 10 faculty members who have signed up to teach a sustainability focused or related course. Fellows also organize reading sessions once a year for about 30 participating faculty members. Their goal is to develop sustainability literacy on the faculty-side and look for opportunities to engage all departments and disciplines in the teaching and research of sustainability. These four members are trained by and report to Dr. Todd LeVasseur, Director of the Quality Enhancement Plan, and typically serve in these key roles for one academic year.
