A brief description of the methodology used to complete the course inventory :
As a part of the College's Quality Enhancement Plan, the Sustainability Literacy Instituted worked with the Registrars office to tag SF/SI courses in the College's Course Catalog. This inventory is based on retrieving courses from the course catalog that were tagged for the 2020 calendar year.
How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
Each course was counted as a single course regardless of the number of offerings or sections
A brief description of how courses with multiple offerings or sections were counted:
Each section of each course was counted as an individual course for this inventory. We chose this methodology because through the SLI, faculty have opted to oriented traditional courses with a sustainability lens. For example, a faculty member who teaches Accounting, introduced sustainability as a module in their course, however, only that faculty member had classes with this module.
