Percentage of new employees (faculty and staff) that are offered orientation and/or outreach and guidance materials that cover sustainability topics:
100

A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
COA asks that each of its employees accepts the college’s environmentally minded mission. Every new employee is trained in proper use of campus recycling containers, courteous and sustainable use of food services, a sustainable approach to paper supply needs, and more. New employee orientation is informal and done on an office-by-office basis, given the small size of the college and the social learning such a work environment entails.
