In 2017, the college's personnel committee circulated a survey to all staff of the college (excluding faculty) to assess satisfaction and other factors including level of engagement in the institution, via SurveyMonkey. Results were shared and discussed at a staff meeting.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
At a staff meeting, the personnel committee shared information about the survey's results. During that meeting staff identified areas for follow-up, and tasked the personnel committee with further research and action in these areas.
