Colorado College Facilities Services has published and follows a Sustainable Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Guideline. This guideline provides the Facilities Services operations and maintenance shops with basic principles and guidance as a framework from which staff may develop and update their own enhanced O&M best management and sustainable practices over time. These guidelines provide Facilities Services staff with clear and consistent sustainable operations and maintenance principles intended to achieve high performing indoor and outdoor environments at the college.
