Are the following students provided an opportunity to participate in orientation activities and programming that prominently include sustainability?:
Yes or No | |
First-year students | Yes |
Transfer students | Yes |
Entering graduate students | N/A - institution does not have graduate students |
Percentage of all entering students that are provided an opportunity to participate in orientation activities and programming that prominently include sustainability:
A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation :
Five campuses (Breckenridge, Dillon, Aspen, Carbondale, and Rifle) do not have sustainability integrated into orientation. Leadville, Salida and Steamboat Springs do have sustainability included, but not integrated to
a qualifying degree, therefore not earning points. We found that Vail Valley, Spring Valley, and Glenwood Springs do have sustainability deeply integrated into their orientation and that these activities served 41.88% of total enrolled students, helping us earn partial points for this credit.
