A brief description of the food donation program:
In 2010, 66,030 pounds of food were donated to the local Larimer Country Food Bank by dining services. This included food from various dining facilities on campus.
Additionally, a food drive at the end of the year that collects non-perishable food from students moving out of the dorms, called Leave-It Behind, collected 1,516lbs.
