The Compass Group's Sustainability Policy has been adopted by Concordia's Services Department as the guiding strategy for on campus vendors. Concordia ensure the code is followed by demanding that vendors agree to it and acknowledge that it will be followed by providing the university with a signed confirmation letter. Concordia is also a member of the Fair Labor Association Organization and is able to monitor and act on any information that might lead it to believe that a given vendor is not being respectful of some part of the code.
