Does the institution offer a telecommute program for employees?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the program:
Concordia does not have a formal policy on Telecommuting. Depending on operational requirements, some employees do have access to work systems remotely, however for the most part, given the nature of our work, our desire to interact with our clients and provide real time customer service we do require employees to be at work to perform their duties. However some of our collective agreements do provide for flexible work hours, subject to operational requirements.
