Concordia provides mentoring groups, affinity groups, academic support for underrepresented groups. It also provides French-language education for those new students that aren't fluent yet in French. Counselling and Development also manages four drop-in centres: the Career Resource Centre, the Student Success Center and the Student Success Resource Centre and the LIVE Centre
