A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Concordia’s Sustainable Ambassadors conduct a one-hour workshop, thrice annually, for new hires at the university. “The main reason for the workshops is to introduce new members of the Concordia to Sustainable Concordia, what it does, and how it is that they can get involved," said Lael Kim, the Ambassadors coordinator. Using slideshows, tests and discussion they go over the three tenants of sustainability. Currently they are working to ensure that the sessions are brief, clear, take-home and relatable.
