The Applied Science Hub building on Concordia's Loyola campus was built and opened its doors to research in December 2020. The building was officially certified LEED-Gold in Fall 2021.
The MB9 Conference Centre renovation project was designed and built in accordance with a multi-attribute green building code, policy, guideline or rating system, but not certified/verified. The MB building is LEED silver certified. The Project Charter states that the renovation project did not aim for a LEED certification however the design carried on the sustainable principles applied in the original project and if possible integrated other environmental initiatives.
