A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:
The data was gathered as part of a October 2018 campus-wide parking study, which may skew the data toward more drivers (someone who doesn't drive may have seen the survey and decided not to fill it out because they didn't think it applied to them). The sample size was 4,624.
