Dickinson was rated as a “Gold” Bicycle-Friendly University (BFU) by the League of American Bicyclists (LAB) in 2022 and are proud to be one the two highest rated BFUs in Pennsylvania. LAB provided a feedback report full of recommendations for increasing our bike friendliness, and the Dickinson Bicycle Advisory Committee is working to implement these goals. At our December meeting, we committed to developing a transportation and commuter survey and a bicycle master plan, incentivizing sustainable transportation, and increasing the amount of covered and secure bicycle parking.
