The new High Street Residence Hall, completed and opened in 2018, earned LEED Platinum certification.
Major renovations made to the McKenney Suites residence hall, East College academic building, small house upgrades, Wentzels locker rooms, Drayer Hall, and others included on the list in the attachments, were renovated to be consistent with LEED certification standards. This includes LED lighting systems, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, low-flow plumbing fixtures and high-efficiency window replacements.
