Dickinson's policy for purchasing electronic equipment has standardized to purchase EPA Energy Star and EPEAT certified equipment for all equipment to which these standards apply. Most purchases are EPEAT Gold. The IT department of Library and Information Services created a dashboard to track equipment purchases and their EPEAT certifications.
