- Mott Electric – three union, full-time electricians
- Johnson Controls – one full time union HVAC tech, one full time non-union DDC tech
- Siemens – Some union, some not. On call only.
- Purcell Mechanical – one non-union. On-call
- B&O – one union, full time carpenter
- Sodexo - 34 employees, 32 unionized (below living wage)
- Chartwells (dining/catering): 39 Staff (Unionized); 3 Managers (Non-Union wage).
- Paladin Security: 53% (17 out of 32) are receiving a wage that is above
the living wage for Metro Vancouver.

At Douglas College, the lowest pay grade for our unionized support staff has an annual base salary ranging from $39,253 to $42,602 (based on 35-hour week for 52 weeks). The total compensation including benefit ranges from $48,379 to $52,507.
