Not Myself Today (NMT) Program
NMT is a workplace mental health initiative presented by the Canadian Mental Health Association to promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. NMT is an evidence-based, accessible and practical solution, aligned with the National Standard of Canada that helps employers transform mental health at work. NMT was created to build knowledge, understanding, and start conversations about mental health in the workplace. It equips you, your leaders and your managers with information, tools and resources to support mental health, reduce stigma and build a safe and supportive work environment.

Teladoc Medical Experts uses nationally recognized medical experts from around the world to provide you with the right advice at the right time so you can make informed medical decisions with confidence.

Counselling Programs
Douglas College’s counsellors provide free, accessible and confidential support to students with a variety of concerns that may be affecting your studies or personal well-being. Through one-to-one or group support sessions and workshops, we’ll work with you to explore what’s happening in your life and help you identify strategies to manage or resolve the challenges you’re facing. Our counsellors will teach you skills to better handle stress and increase resilience, how to cope with sudden personal challenges or just help you feel better.
